Additional improvements

Insert block: the block redefinition dialog box allows you to rename a block when the specified block name already exists in the drawing.

Options dialog box: a new dialog box asks to save or disregard changes made when trying to close or cancel the Options dialog box.

Isolation mode: the selection of objects is now maintained when exiting isolation mode.

New drawing: if you position the mouse cursor on the New dropdown menu in the Start tab, a command description is displayed with the name of the drawing template file that will be used.
